Firehouse Subs - Firehouse Subs was founded by two firefighting brothers, Chris and Robin Sorensen. The first Firehouse Subs restaurant opened in 1994 in Jacksonville, Fla. Each Firehouse Subs restaurant celebrates the firefighting profession with authentic décor like axes, hoses, and bunker gear often donated by the local fire department. Historical photographs and a hand-painted mural with a firefighting theme are also found in each restaurant.
Firehouse Subs only serves only high quality meats and cheeses, including USDA Choice grade roast beef, pastrami, corned beef and steak.
Rusty Spoon - The Rusty Spoon celebrates the Great Food and Pub Atmosphere; American Cuisine rooted in European Flavors. The great food is sourced from our Florida farmers. The herdsman feed the animals all natural diets; free from hormones, free from antibiotics and any unnatural supplements. The produce is seeded, and cultivated to sustain the farm and the local community. Our farmers cultivate products you love, food stuffs that our in-season and don't travel by trains, planes, or 18-wheelers.
